Worst online company I've ever used, placed order 2 weeks ago, still no order, told item dispatched to be then told days later item out of stock! Demanded a refund 4 times and still being lied to. No order and no refund - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Order finally received 3 weeks later and not what I ordered at all. Also had a price tag attached which was 10 less than I paid! AVOID

Thank you for this negative feedback but due to GDPR policy we cannot show everyone who sees your negative post about a refund. If you ask your bank you will find that a refund has been processed by punkdimage.com. It is a massive shame that in these hard covid times that you leave a bad review for a small business who have no control over how quickly a refund goes into your bank account. Take a look at yourself and assess was this bad review necessary as you have been refunded is this a reflection of what you stand for? I don't know if the store would be as bad, by the reviews it seems that the staff is good, but their service through the website and email... COULDN'T BE WORSE. I sent them an email saying that if I didn't get refund (that they promised to be instant) I would make a formal complaint, and only then was when I got it. It is sad that alternative clothing as good as these is being regent by such bad customer service.
