I'm sorry Jacquelyn, that you're upset we're not taking new patients at this time. It's unfair for you to give us a 3 star review for that reason. We still take care of Medicaid patients when rx are brought it due to the place they got their exams from, not accepting it for glasses.

Tried calling this place to get my son a appt they don't me they aren't accepting no new ppl. There's only 3 places that take my son's Medicaid and no one will make him a appt I just don't understand he has bad eyes and I can't get any help
Hello Mr. Carter, were sorry you feel that way. You came in stating that your insurance cover a certain amount for contact lens. However, we wanted to verify it with Ga Health Dept. and found out they only cover it if its Medically Necessary, most customer service rep will not specify that, they just tell patients, yes, they cover it. Medical Necessary means that your eye correction cannot be corrected with eyeglasses. We were waiting for you to come back and go over this with you, and didnt hear from you til now. We would have helped you out if you were not able to afford your contact lens. We will still help you if change your mind.

Ive been going to The Eyecare Place since they first opened and wouldnt go anywhere else. An awesome staff who care greatly for their patients/clients. They stand behind the one year guarantee on their eyewear. My frames recently became defective during the eleventh month of wear and they fully replaced them, no questions asked. Two thumbs up!!
