Truly sorry that you feel that way..... im sure you noticed that you walked in behind me as I was opening the store at exactly 10 oclock. I did need a Minute or two to open the cash register, turn on the air-conditioning, turn on the television and radio and in general get things started... Your husband was looking for wetsuits, I asked him if he needed any help. We spoke about the fact that youre from the Midwest and the water was a little chilly down here. I really have no idea why you felt the need to write this...?

Pretty rude, sorry we bothered you by visiting your store.
This gentleman bought a skateboard , Road it for several months and broke it jumping down a flight of stairs . Then wanted his money back. We explained that skateboards are made of wood and have a warranty against Delamination but not breaking in half due to tricks. Thats the story

JUNK!!! i bought some new equipment here and it broke, wouldnt event give me a refund, just told me its mo problem now. i would picket the store if it werent so hot in Miami.

Are you the gentleman who was asking for discounts on the Skateboards? After reading your reply I just want to make sure I understand You liked the store and the person helping you was helpful and explained that because of the pandemic we had very few skateboards and we were unable to discount the boards you wanted with the small scratches. You did not like the way he explained it to you so you left the small local store that has been there for 40 years and gave them a 1 star review. ????

Let's be clear, I didn't ask for a discount. I was very interested on buying full price on a board to support local business . As I inspect the longboard I realize they were some minor scratches ( definitely won't affect how the board ride) I showed it to you or your employee and ask you if sell as is. You told me yes in way that really make me feel unwanted as a customer and clearly explain to me that because of the popularity of skateboard nowadays some other customer will buy it damage at full price. I am sure your store is great and all as I read some of the reviews and the way the products are displayed inside but knowing that you didn't show any care to my concern to me its 1 star customer service.
