I have used Oasis since March 21, 2019. Honestly, there were a few times when my lawn never looked better. However, over the last year my lawn barely looks like it is being treated and cared for by Oasis. They have performed their services ( I've paid $1,827.18 over the last year and a half) and yet my lawn looks very poor. I called to complain back on 09/08/2021 and was told a manager would come out to assess and evaluate the situation. Well here it is October 7th, 2021 and he still has not made it out to my house. He (Adam) said that he was busy and tried to come out a few times. I told him specifically that I wanted to be there in order to address my concerns and also told him any mornings Monday thru Thursday. I live about 15 minutes from their corporate head quarters in Loveland. I'm very disappointed in the results and the customer service that I've experienced. And to think I was going with the most expensive lawn service company and getting these kind of poor results further adds to my frustration and disappointment. I simply cannot recommend this company whatsoever!

My yard was pretty colors of yellow, white, purple and a little green. After just one treatment, my yard is only green!! I live on a busy street in Clifton with both car and pedestrian traffic. Im no longer embarrassed by my weeds! Cant wait to see how it looks by the end of the summer! I highly recommend their services!

It's clear their scheduling model is to come to our community when it is pouring down rain. Haven't had a lot of rain this year but they consistently came each time it did. Left tire tracks through my yard and I'm sure none of the fertilizer had time to sink in. I've been with them the whole season and my yard is in the worst shape it has ever been since we built. Definitely do not recommend for those outside Loveland.
