Poor customer service. Submitted an online request for a quote for printing wedding invitations, but did not receive a response. After a few days, called to inquire after the request and was told they don't do wedding invitations. The web page made no such indication. Would have appreciated the professional courtesy of a note to that effect so we could have begun the process with another printer.

They ripped us off for our invoices. Then when i wrote a bad review , they said they tried to work it out with us but that was a lie because we would of met them half way just to keep business in the community, My invoices are 9.5 x6... One copy size is 12x 9.5 which means you can fit 2 on one page. Well they charged me double. I reminded them that in the past this was the procedure they took with me. They told my that person was not there anymore? THAT DOESN'T CHANGE THE SIZE OF THE COPY...LOL... I asked to realize they're mistake but they are more concerned about they're bottom dollar than keeping a customer for a really good reason. Now I have opened another business, That requires a lot more printing needs then my current business, The menu the tech guy has told me two fit on one page so I guess they would charge me double for that. That why I will tell everyone and keep leaving bad reviews because it was wrong and its the point of the matter. They should just inform the customer before they spend they're hard earned money . when they can get two copies anywhere else. THE REASON WHY THIS BOTHERS ME SO MUCH IS NOT EVEN THE MONEY BURN SO MUCH ANY MORE BUT THE CONDUCT OF BUSINESS RUN HERE IN THIS COMMUNITY. wE ALL SEEM TO STICK TOGETHER AROUND HERE IN NORTH TONAWANDA and I ALWAYs TRY TO PATRONISE EVRYONE I CAN IN THE COMMUNITYY , EVEN IF IT COSTS a bit more and pioneer has made it so i have to leave the community for this service. I also asked them to call me still. To clear this up but my $80.00 is worth more than keeping a customer... You have my info .. Have a blessed day..
