My company has an account with IMS, so we deal with this company quite often. Always great selection of materials. Prices are ok too. They are great at deliveries and very punctual. Every single time i have to come in i try to avoid the lady that works the front desk. Her attitude isn't ideal for customer service. Leaves much to be desired. Juliana needs to throw a smile here and there or even make the customers feel welcomed. Superior customer service is always top knotch.not here.
