I was solicited by Michelle to come and leave my current clothing company and work with them for my clothing line. Things were great until Michelle and the whole customer service staff up and left the company. Reading these reviews looks like Michelle helped a lot of people but then their good customer service went out the door when she left. There were many signs to not continue as the new customer service staff took weeks to get back to me but I felt bad because he was stuck with the whole department leaving. The end result was my clothing line was mistreated and many mistakes were made and how I was treated after putting up with so much. Very unprofessional. I gave them my order with over a month to process for Christmas presents for my customers and after the new rep saying that it was more than enough time to complete the job the end result was me getting our products after Christmas with Parents having to figure out what else they would put under the Christmas tree. Then the Accounting department had restaffing and months later realized they never ran my card for the order. Example on the Rhinestoning they did: I gave them a physical jacket with the exact stoning needed. Gave them artwork with the size stones and placement. End result was the lettering was wrong. The new customer service rep has no accountability and tells me that I never gave them enough to get it right. He must have forgotten that I physically handed him the jacket and the emailed proofs with exact stone sizes and dimensions. When brought to his attention I was ignored and there was no accountability. Never asked for a refund just asked that next time things were fixed. Buyer beware. Their website says custom made clothing but their departments tell you otherwise. I never should have switched companies when this company solicited me saying they would do a better job.

The customer service was great and beyond expectations. Michelle was taking care of us and gave us time to explain the process and what we needed. The printing quality was also outstanding and they are the amongst a few that print images on black t-shirts.

I would highly recommend Inkd Apparel. I reached out via email with a very vague request. We were connected with Michelle C. and she was awesome from start to finish! The follow up was amazing.
