Im writing this review with a heavy heart ,as Schoeneman & co where recommended by a close friend. I have waited over 8 month, i have tried to reach Mr Schoenman every which way , all i got were smiles and broken promises Please save yourself time and money and avoid this service. They promise miracles ,yet they send the cheapest workers with no experience.( they collect their fees ASAP) I had a guy doing tuck point ( it was his first time on such a job..never did it before ) on my chimney ,yet it has been leaking for the past 8 month All my attempts to to try and have them complete the job ( another 30 minutes of their time ) in person with Mr Schoeneman as well as emails and phone calls ended no where . . This is the answer i received from Mr Ron Schoeneman after 8 month of trying to finish the job, this is a QUOTE : NOTHING TO DO WITH ME MAN YOU DID HALF IF WHAT YOU GOT PAID TO DO IF YOU GAVE ME MONEY IT WOULD BE DIFFERENT This is the answer i received , they were paid as well as the contractor they send, yet after an unfinished job, i am asked for $$$$$ What a shame STAY AWAY !!!

A fire occurred in a neighbors condo, ruining my unit with smoke and debris damage, putting me in a state of shock, and displacing me from my home for six months. Im grateful to Mitch, and the entire Schoeneman team (including their foreman and construction crew), for making an awful situation much easier to work through. Mitch and his team guided me through the process, were always responsive and eager to help, and Im so blessed that they worked diligently to get me and my dog back into our apartment on time. When unforeseen circumstances like a fire or other disaster occur, these are the guys you want to call. 10/10.

You sent me a email asking for a review. You are right, we have never done business before, I never gave this company my contact information, written, spoken word or otherwise but my email address found its way onto this companies email list. I consider that theft, stealing, or taking something that is not yours and using it. When I receive spam, I respond. If you do not like the 1 star review than I suggest this company find another way to get its customers. Stealing is poor business ethics and poor business in general.
