It only pays for one eye exam a year and only so much on certain glasses and a lot of people places don't accept this insurance ...it's virtually not even worth the money!

My Wife and I have been customers of of Dr Warner and Renaissance for approximately 15 year and have alway has very good care and service. I work out of town and they have always on top of our needs. The 3 stars are for this last visit and is many because of the front staff does not seam to know whats going on. I had new lenses ordered and never received a call, my wife calls and is told they have the lenses and to come on it and they will install them, I go down and Im told the person is on break...ok Ill come back as I have another thing to do. I get a call telling me they cant put my new lenses in my frames because that person is not working today..... Im leave town Saturday for work. What the heck, I will only be home once a month and it will be a weekend so there is no way Renaissance will be able to install my new lenses . Major fail on communication, why was I told to come in, why was I not called/text and told my lenses were ready as you have always done. Very disappointed and probably we wont be coming back after all these years. I cant have failures like this with me working out of town. UPDATE: 01/06/2021 First Id like to thank Dr Warner and the whole staff for the great service and care and professionalism that we were a custom too when coming in for our exams and purchase of new glasses. Top notch and I want to thank you for that.

I had my yearly eye exam today. The staff is very friendly, and Dr. Moore as well. I like the fact that Dr. Moore shows you pictures of your eyes, and explains what your looking at. I was impressed with the new selection of, Police brand frames, if you like funky and stylish. If you ever meet Dr. Moores wife, you will love her too!!! Highly recommended!!!
