Sydney/Cindy is stereotyping you as soon as you walk through the door. If you dont have your Sundays best on, she will assume you cannot afford the furniture. Luckily this isnt the only furniture place in Mccomb! I do not recommend going into this store unless they terminate her, every customer should feel welcome. And to Sydney, Cindy whatever just know that the money is good this way!! Good day.

Bought over $3000 worth of furniture in 2016, after the flood. Got it in April, 2017. Six months later my mattress sank where my head lays. Lott sent someone out to check it and then told me to come pick out another matress. Did that. No apology. Nothing but RUDE from Danny the owner. Six months later, same problem. Went to look for another mattress, he tried to sell me a thin mattres thru the sales lady. Then wanted me to spend more and said would not swap another mattress since Im only paying $599 on sale for queen and not purchasing an expensive one. I shortened the last part of the story but Danny was rude again. Hes a big baby selling junk he dont want to admit is junk.

My wife, Nancy and I, love shopping at Lott Furniture in McComb, MS. Number 1 in sales and service.... check in with Matilda Smith she is a Super Sales Lady...other sales personnel and staff are so friendly and very knowledgeable. Inventory is great and if they dont have it they will locate what you need. Prices are very reasonable. They treat you like Family!
