The customer service is horrendous. I called for an estimate on a small printing job, and was immediately met with irritation and a short attitude when the lady over the phone found out what my specs were. When I mentioned that I was willing to change the printing dimensions she brushed it off but promised to check with the "powers that be" to see if it was doable. I received a call back minutes later with this customer service rep abruptly telling me they couldn't do anything and she hung up on me. Please bear in mind that I had mentioned that even though the job was small, I was willing to pay for what it would take (even extra for the trouble) to make it worth their time. For some reason my call came off as either offensive, or this lady was having a bad day. At any rate, the customer service was borderline hateful of the customer. If they don't want my money then it's their loss. Really unfortunate.

After giving you her personal number and consulting one of our designers about the image you sent, it was decided that the design was too intricate for us to create. Your order wasn't a good fit for our company and we wanted you to be able to work with someone who could better meet your needs. We are sorry if that wasn't communicated properly.

What started out hopeful, ended in disrespectfully "blowing me off"! I'm a retired Corporate Trainer dealing with phone skills and phone directory Ad sales & design. My initial call was to simply give a general idea of a biz card design; get a "rough" monetary cost; but more importantly, meet to design a "reality" logo. Having told Linda Jaffa that I needed to meet for this, she continued trying get my idea (with txtd images) over the phone. Then, abruptly, she txt me saying, "sorry, we can't help you. Have a nice day"! I've counseled CEO's, politicians & professional athletes. As such, as an owner, she set's a poor example of customer rapport.
