The screen printing is not done in house. Threadbird is a fulfillment business (they are just the middle-man making money off of your purchase while they submit your order with an actual screen printer). Save your money and go direct to the screen printers. Threadbird is a website and customer service. I highly recommend Hittn' Skins or Impressionz for the local Orlando area. My most recent order with Hittn' Skins was an awesome experience! It was around X-mas time and they were professional, completed my order early, and were so helpful. Or if you are online there are so many to choose from. I have used uberprints and inkgarden in the past and my experience was great with both of them and I saved a ton of money. They also allowed more customization/the styles I was looking for and no minimums. If you really want to save money there is a screen printing kit with great reviews for less than $100 on Amazon. Amazon is also a good place to purchase a test shirt of the make/brand you are considering to get your design printed on in order to make sure it is the quality and fit you are looking for.

I never write google reviews, but I feel it's my responsibility to save you the headache. I had 3 separate orders from threadbird, each order over 700 shirts. Each time there were issues. 1st order- I had them remove the neck tags, and put a custom printed tag in ($1 per shirt). When I received my shirts (later than expected ALWAYS) they were labeled incorrectly, meaning the smalls were mediums and vice versa. This screwed up almost half of my order. I spoke to customer service, he gave me my money back for the incorrect tag on the shirts and promised the future orders would be correct. 2nd order- They for some reason didn't put a printed neck tag in all of the shirts? And I got boxes with shirts not folded and bagged even though it was paid for. This order was also later than told. I spoke to customer service again, he apologized again. I begged him to tell me if they were going to continue having trouble with my orders so that I could find another company that was more efficient. He promised he would personally oversee the next order to make sure it was correct and on time. He was a nice guy! Spoke to him on the phone, and I wanted to give them another shot. 3rd order- After being late due to them taking the time to "fold and bag them" per my customer service rep, I received the shirts, NOT folded and not bagged. I wish I could say I was surprised, but no. I had to ship back the 12 boxes and wait for them to send back corrected after already being late. I ALWAYS try to give people 2nd and 3rd chances which I did. And the company is only an hour away from me so I wanted it to work out. The customer service, although very very nice people, does not follow through with promises and just can't keep up with larger shirt orders in my opinion. If it's under 100 shirts maybe it's fine? The quality of the printing is great, but again, not worth the headache. I asked for a phone call with someone higher than customer service so I could tell them that their team is dropping the ball with large orders, and certainly dropped this $50k+ yearly account. I was told someone would reach out in next 2 days. That was 4 days ago, and I would bet I never get the call.

We had multiple orders with Threadbird over the last year. The first order had around 100 shirts that were either crooked or not centered. On our most recent order we had to send everything back for them to go through all 524 shirts, because the first few we looked at were either really crooked, not centered, or the neck seam was ripped from them removing the tag. They got back to us a week later and told us 277 of the 524 shirts were messed up and they issued us a refund for these shirts. If youre looking for a screen printing company who prides themselves on quality and consistency, Threadbird is not it!! Dont waste your money on this company!!!
