Hello Mrs. Power, First, I would truly like to apologize for you feeling unsatisfied with our company and our service. This is the first time we have heard about any issues regarding your job and it was completed in October of 2018 as you can see it came to a bit of a shock for us since we never heard about any of these issues. We recently contacted you to try to fix any problems you have mentioned and you told us that it was not "worth" fixing but I want to reiterate that we would have no problem coming to fix the area for the repair. I would like to clear up any questions you have regarding the balance, our policy has always been that we collect half of the total amount as a deposit and the remaining half balance will be paid upon completion of the job. We never rush our clients to pay we just go based on our policy that is always described to our clients but we apologize if you felt rushed at all this is just our policy that we have for all of our clients. Lastly as far as the credit card processing...you were told about this when you came to the office to pay the balance and you signed the credit card receipt that displays the processing charge. Once again we are truly sorry and apologetic for your feeling of being unsatisfied with us. We are a company that believes in customer service and doing everything that we can to make our clients happy.

The people put tiles in my kitchen scratched my refrigerator. Hardwood fix didnt get fixed for the whole damaged area. The owner charged me 3.5% of the balance due without telling me since I ran out of cashed and requested to pay with credit card. Since he rushed me to pay, I didnt have a chance to find my copy of the receipt to know the exact balance. I am also unsure if I got the best deal.
