I went here today to just buy jewelry because I lost my piercing. I walked in and they acknowledged me. I told them what I needed and they told me off the back if you dont know your size we will have to guess it because we cant measure without an appointment. So I was trying to work with them but didnt know my size. There were 3 sizes we looked at. Mind you I am not allowed to even touch the jewel at all or try it. Then they tell me that I just have to buy one size and try but cant returned either if its wrong sized. I bought one went to the car and it was the wrong size. I paid $40+. I went back in told her wrong size. I told her I guess Ill just buy the other two since I dont know my size! She rang me up one instead of two. I went back to the car trying to put the other sizes in and the jewelry was very hard to get on the piecing back itself. It was so tight that I couldnt even close it or open it. So Im putting in all my strength just for the bling to put out. I am so mad I paid all this money didnt really get any service there (replace it for me) and now the jewelry is broke in the same day. Im really upset right now and probably have to let my piercing close up now.
