They might be great for smaller jobs, but their misquote on a large project was catastrophic. My company requires 3 bids for CapEx projects. Vida came in thousands under the next lowest bid. We had picked out materials, provided vector art, everything. Once we were ready to move forward, their price had inexplicably tripled. They refused to honor the original bid, citing an error on the part of the sales rep who did the quote. Project is now dead in the water until we muster the courage to approach our executives and explain why we couldn't get it done for the original amount.
