You tipped the barber very well, you bought a hat from us and told him " it's perfect". Other employees validated his story, please remove this review and stop embellishing. Thank you for your business.

One of the worst haircuts I have had. The person who cut my hair was completely unprofessional and even made a comment saying my hair wont look that bad once I washed it. It was not what I asked for at all. The sides were so bad I had to buy a hat at the store to cover up my haircut.
I recently got my haircut at this place. I have a few thoughts: The good thing is that it was convenient and not too pricey. Friendly-ish. Now on to the things that I've noticed: I came in with a specific kind of haircut, I had a picture of what I wanted and even showed it to the hairdresser? What I got was barely a haircut! I wanted a zero all around with a fade-blend. I got maybe a 2 on the sides, and I kept wanting to go shorter. I got the feeling that the hairdresser wanted to be done, as maybe I was asking too much.. or maybe she was just not in the mood. Once she was done (not done at all) with my sides, she went in to apply straight edge razor oil on the back of my neck and continued to massage me for a minute before attempting a razor it. I didn't enjoy this at all. It felt weird and forced. The hairdresser seemed to want to be done and I left..I came home, looked in the mirror and my sideburns were still there! I had to shave them off myself. Also, I requested a part... It's not even and very crooked! I definitely won't be back.. it was just a weird experience and they messed up my haircut. I might as well shave it all off.
My son loves going here to get his haircut. His hair grows fast so he typically gets cut twice a month if not more and this is a great deal! He loves the environment and all the people who have cut his hair here!
GREAT atmosphere. Kristina is an amazing person and great at what she does. I wont get my haircut by any one else. I highly recommend this tiny shop and crew. If you go twice a month like I do its a great deal too.
There's good news and bad news about this place. First the bad news. I called to make an appointment on Friday 5/29 and was told they couldn't get me in until 3:25 on Tuesday 5/1. I accepted that appointment even though I really needed a haircut sooner than that. I decided to wait because it's a new place and I wanted to try them out as an alternative to Sports Clips. I showed up at 3:25 and was told they didn't have an appointment scheduled for me. I showed my text confirmation appointment reminder. The person working there initially told me that there was nothing she could do because her schedule was full for the remainder of the day but she might be able to fit me in at the end of the day if I could come back. I really couldn't do that because I had other things planned for the rest of the day. She decided to call her boss to get some guidance on what to do and he said he would look into this and call her back. I was asked to wait until the boss called back. 10 minutes later there was no callback from the boss so she asked her client if he wouldn't mind if she hurried through his cut so she could fit me in. That client was kind enough to agree and I finally got my haircut around 30 minutes after my scheduled time. The main problem I have with all of this is that the owner/manager never did call back in the 45 minutes I was there. I was told he was busy opening a new shop in Twin Falls. In my opinion, he should have been more worried about an immediate problem a customer is having at a shop that already exists. I wasn't contacted by the manager with an explanation or an apology. The good news is that I did ultimately get a haircut and it was a good haircut. The stylist who helped me went above and beyond what's in her job description to accommodate me, but it's something she shouldn't have to deal with and it only worked out because the customer who was already in the chair was kind enough to cut his appointment short. Had he not been so cooperative, I would have left there without a haircut and been even more angry because I had to sit there and wait for a callback from the owner who never did call back. This place has a rather strict no-show policy with monetary penalties if you don't cancel. I completely understand they do this because their time is valuable, but they don't seem to get that the customers time is also valuable and I expect that my appointment time will be honored when I show up on time. I'm just glad I had a text confirmation of my appointment because without that it would have been a much different outcome. Make sure you save those appointment confirmations. Update It has been 10 days and no phone call from the manager offering an apology also no response to this review. The people who run this business obviously don't care.
