Horrible customer service. the ppl working there arent very knowledgeable. The building is old, and it smells so bad inside. Unfortunately the didnt have what I was looking for,offered no waiting list for the animal I wanted and didnt even tell me when they will get more in. It was just bad over all

My girlfriend and I got our current hamsters from here, and the employees are very knowledgable, and helped us find everything we needed for the hamsters such as bottles, wheels, snacks/treats, mineral blocks, and the works. Not sure of the pricing since this is my sexond time buying/adopting hamsters, but I'd say it was fairly priced.
