Hello Frank, I am sorry you had a bad experience but you may have us confused with another company. For 20 years customer service has been our first priority and most of our reviews speak to that specifically. I also happen to be the one who answers the phone here and I don't recall such a phone conversation and rude just isn't in my nature. If you were calling about school shirts in late November/early December I'd definitely remember the phone call because we work with a lot of school clients but they historically never place orders during that time of year regardless if they are a college, high school, or grade school. That's the time of year where they are winding down their first semester and t-shirts isn't generally on their minds. As I looked at your google profile I see it's a very new profile with a few reviews in quick succession and all of them are 1 star reviews. So that leaves me to question the legitimacy of your review. However please feel free to contact us to discuss further and we'll be happy to make sure we aren't mistaken on this.

I was trying to get some garments printed, whoever I was speaking to was very rude and unprofessional. Let me know when this place is under new management. Until then Ill be having someone else create my vision on our schools shirts!

Could I give them six stars? I had a small last minute order of 6 shirts that needed quick turnover and did not even supply them with very good "artwork." Both Matt and Mike were extremely responsive and easy to work with and everyone absolutely loved the shirts. I hope to think ahead next time but thanks to them for being willing to give priority to a small order like mine.

Matt went above and beyond the call of duty. He returned my call even though they were closed on a Sunday and helped me out by getting our annual t-shirts printed in two days because I forgot to order them. We all loved the shirts and it is hard to find a company that gives this great of customer service.
