Took a 98 roadster there to get checked out before I purchased...they gave everything the green light in the 15 point inspection..2 days later and my water pump breaks and main belt breaks.. I pay another almost 2 Grand to replace the pump and belt that they had said was good and now I'm told either a head gasket or my whole engine block is cracked cause coolent is getting into the spark plugs..like really didn't notice anything 2 days earlier when you did the inspection..also they claimed the lights were all working on the paperwork and I knew my break lights were broken before I bought it but they still gave the lights the okay...and if the service team missed something as simple as lights then how can I believe my engine is really cracked... would never recommend to a friend or enemy.

Sister's car was there for 3 days before they even diagnosed. The cars are the cars, not what this review is about. Service could not be worse. Same at the other locations in town. Swimming and walking to Germany to get one of these would be an infinitely smarter idea and probably less frustrating experience. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. GET A BMW FROM LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.
