I tried to explain that piecing together unmatched components would neither be safe or operate properly. Rude was not helpful in giving solutions to fix or replace my issues with my stove refuse to try to help me fix my stove pipe the correct way when I told him i was trying to fix it from a cobbled mess. Refuse to sell product and gave me no solutions.

Russell the installer was great, very efficient, knowledgeable, and explained how to takec and use our insert. We are very pleased with this product. We are building on to our house and wanted a wood stove. Bill was extremely helpful in providing the knowledge we needed about a soap stone stove. Everything he told us came to pass. Much better than our experience in Wichita, Ks with our first stove. Would not hesitate to recommend him! He also has a very nice show room.
