Constant delivery issues. First time they said their courier wouldn't pick up the items, so I paid 18 delivery (up from 5) for them to send my package via UPS at the start of February. It was an uphill trek to try and get this resolved (they were more than happy to just not send the items and not contact me to let me know there were issues until I finally made contact with them after waiting for weeks - and it took nearly a week to receive a reply!) and I finally received my order in March. Thought that problems would be solved by now, or perhaps I was just unlucky (unfortunate things do happen) and ordered again in April, boy what a mistake. Three weeks later I'm still waiting. Sent via Royal Mail this time which "has been accidentally sent to the National Sorting Hub" and was told by Springfields they would contact Royal Mail and sort it. I was given a tracking number (why wasn't this given to me when it was dispatched?) and a week later this number says it's still at the hub and I've heard nothing from Springfields. Don't state you can ship to me if you can't do it, and don't blame Royal Mail because this is one of three couriers you've been unable to use! I'm no longer interested in dealing with this company and let PayPal sort it out for me. What a waste of time.

Probably one of the best stocked outdoors and bushcraft supplies businesses in the UK. Proudly family run for three generations. Definitely the best stocked suppliers of quality outdoors bushcraft tools and especially knives for outdoors use.
Just traveled 70+ miles to spend over 600 on equipment to find they are not open! Can't justify spending that much on line without first being tactile!
