The customers service is very horrible at this location. I always shop online but I decided to go to this for the second time. The first time the young lady was sitting on top of the countertop.You would think she would have gotten down when a customer walked in. Evening after asking her if they had Christmas shirt for little girls. She pointed in the area and said we might have some all there. While she still sitting on the countertop. She did bother to help or see what size I need. Now the second time was on February 04 2022. I called to see if the store had a black dress for a funeral only because the one I didnt come on time. The lady who answered the phone lied and said no they dont have anything. So I went online and it showed they had plenty of black dresses. So when I went inside the store I went straight to the black dresses. The manager was talking on her personal phone because she was talking about how somebody man was doing them wrong. Yesss I could hear her conversation. But anyway once I decided to check out I asked the young why she lied about not having a black dress. She tried to make it seem like I called a different Children place saying their phone havent rung all day once again she lying too me again. I was actually five minutes away from the store. So I picked up my phone and went to recent call and called the number . And the store phone rung. I talk to the store manger and told her how the young lady have lied. And she was like oh sorry and went back talking on her personal phone. I think the whole store need new staff members and training.
I will never step foot in this store again after the way I was treated by the male (manager?) who would not give me his name. I wish I can give him a zero star because he had horrible customer service! I understand store policies (which in this case was absolutely not acceptable or even applicable) but the way he was talking down to me as if what I was saying to him was stupid to say the least. He is arrogant and condescending and definitely should not be working in customer service, let alone be a manager! I bought some clothes for my grandson for Christmas. He is 2 yrs old and I bought him size 3 clothes. One of the half zip fleece sweaters would not go over his head. I didnt realize this until we had already washed it, as we do all their new clothing especially now with Covid. ( i know my grandkids sizes as I shop for them often) This particular item was even a size bigger than what he normally wears and it still wouldnt fit his head. (First time we had this issue) I tried to go in and exchange the item and they wouldnt even hear of it. Even tho this item is obviously defective or designed wrong for a 2/3 yr old with a normal sized head! I swear I felt like such a Karen.. I hate that he provoked me to go off even tho I held back some (bc I love Jesus)! I also hate that my grandson was with me when this all took place. Looking at previous reviews of this store, it looks like they are definitely lacking quality employees which is a direct reflection of their management!
