I went in to get a bumper for my vehicle, Sandra heath was the auto parts sales . She was rude , obnoxious and a bad attitude. She didn't explain a lot of the things we needed to know. She just has you buy the things and later find out that it's more then what u thought or needed . She don't look like she don't enjoy her job if that's so then find something that don't require dealing with people . She got lucky I didn't yell back. She needs better training and costumer service training and and attitude adjustment. I'll never be back to this one again. Everybody was great to us except Sandra heath .

All I have ever been was lied to by their incompetent techs/sales team. Lied, saying I might get a new engine after the vehicle with 75k miles was going through 2 quarts every 1k miles. Hyundai denied me after the consumption test. The forums say this always happens because while the engine is covered under a recall, hyundai never replaces the engine until it dies. Then they lied to me at 90k when the car is taking 10 quarts per 1000 miles that I wouldn't be covered because I'm not the original owner. This is also false, the forums say all I have to do is prove that all maintenance and recalls have been completed. This dealership has done all the maintenance, recalls and oil changes on the vehicle since purchased new by my friend and I continued to do the same. You would think the dealership, knowing that they have gotten business from the 1st owner and 2nd owner for the entire life of the vehicle would be a little more willing to support me. Asking around, everyone I have talked to has had issues with this location and recommend me to go to the East location.

I stopped at the West lot and had to call from the parking lot just to get a salesman from inside. When he finally came out (10 mins later) he had no keys to the vehicle m. I asked if the price of the vehicle was firm - his response, Yep. You wont find discounts on any new vehicles right now. I thanked him and said I will go elsewhere. He wanted to know where I was going? Really?!? No thank you! I fully understand that every business is faced with being short staffed, it should not cause the salesman to be rude. I would not recommend doing business with them at all!
