I purchased a groupon for $125 credit towards custom framing. Before they gave me a total for my framing, they asked me if I had a coupon, I told them yes, but should have asked for the price first. They charged $324.00, even with my $125.00 coupon. What they did was jack up the price before to make up for the coupon. After paying the outrageous amount, they handed me the frame work with no protection to keep from scratching on the trip home. I ask the owner if she could wrap it in some paper and she said it was to expensive to wrap with the paper she had. She was extremely rude and could care less about customer service. Don't get scammed by this company!

Steven really worked with me to get a project done in the time I needed. We also got our wedding pictures framed here and I'm so pleased with the end result. He advised us each step of the way with regards to edge to edge framing Vs Matting or more ornate framing and we are so happy with the final pieces finally on our wall! Highly recommend Steven. Very good pricing and everything was returned wrapped and protected well. So glad we also went for the non reflective glass too. It's made a huge difference in the appearance of the photos. We went to get a photo framed, but then decided we wanted another style. We called and spoke to the owner, he was very helpful. He let us know he didnt do that style, told us where we could get it done and offered to refund the payment. Great customer service, honest, and helpful! Highly recommend.
