Hello Michael, I apologize for the inconvenience. We are not in the business of wasting people time. We know that time is one of the most valuable assets we have. Please understand that this is not how we normally do business. We are currently short staffed and to add to the situation our store manager was hit by a car on Friday. On Saturday we only had 1 person working and that person needed to complete a delivery and it took longer than expected. I instructed them to put a sign with the phone number immediate assistance. Absolutely the best kite, foil, wing and surf shop in FL! I travel all over the country for work and I always make sure to visit Adventure Sports when Im in southern FL. I can always rely on a quality inventory and awesome service and consultation for personalized product selection.
