We rented the tux and tried it on Friday evening. My son was all ready for prom, put his shoes on to discover that not one, but both soles were falling off. He took approximately 5 steps and one sole fell off :( Therefore, he had no choice but to wear Hey Dudes to prom. I called and the lady said she would speak to the manager and absolutely nothing else was said about it, nor did we get a refund on the shoe rental. I love going to There for all tux and have never previously had an issue before (Ive even left good reviews). Just not impressed this time.
