Would like to give them no stars at all. Totally appalled with the unprofessionalism. Have been attempting to place an order for several weeks. Was put on hold due to the person with which I was working because she went on vacation. She said we would get back with me when she returned which she did not. Now she told me she is unable to fulfill my order which I needed before Christmas. I have been put in a difficult position now as these were meant to be Christmas gifts. Horrible customer service! Very disappointed.
So sorry for the inconvenience. The material you requested was out of stock and we were unable to provide a quote as quickly as we would like. We certainly hope you were happy with the finished product.

No communication. Waited over a week for a quote I followed up on 3 times. Received plenty of attitude from Amy and after wasting my time were unable to provide the quote. Really a shame, very unprofessional.

If I could give a 0 I would have. I was treated very unprofessional. I set up a appt. with the girl who said she can take care of what I was needing done to start my brand. The appt was set for a week later and when I showed up she had forgot we even had an appt. Then I explained what I was looking for and asked for her opinion on design and layouts of my shirts, she said Ill come up with some options and send them to you and then we will talk about pricing on print on my shirts that I told her I would supply. She sent over 6 examples that I was happy with until she told me that printing only on 1200 to 1500 shirts was going to be $4.00 to $5.00 per shirt. I was like holy moly. I said Im sorry but that is way to much considering that comes out to $11225.00 vs every one elses highest price was $1425.00, thats $9800.00 difference. I was treated like I was stupid and didnt know any better and then she said oh and by the way I know your not going to use us but you owe me $150.00 for 3hrs of design work. I thought you are crazy but I said ok and thought well I guess I did ask for her to make me a few different layouts. So I had her send me the vector files of the designs she made and paid her $150.00 for designs I dont even know if Ill is for sure. I just want everyone to be careful and make sure you ask everything up front before you have these guys do anything for you. I dont know if the girl is the owner but she acts like she runs the show and in my opinion is running people away by not really knowing what she is doing. I needed 1200 to 1500 shirts printed every month moving foward plus hats and many other things you would think a brand with that much movement would be offered a little better deal than offered and treated like you are stupid and dont know what you are doing.
