I dont recommend anyone to take their car for service at this place. I have a 2022 x4 m competition, dropped it off last week Thursday @ 7am for a Recall, I was told it will be ready Monday. I called to get an update, I called Saturday, Monday & Tuesday and had no luck in communicating with anyone!! today is Wednesday and still no call. I had to show up in person to get an update, ridiculous!!! I was told my car was just sitting there and was not worked on until today, I was also informed they need to order parts therefore my car will be there another whole week. HUGE lack of communication, this place needs to improve their process and start pretending they care just a bit. I hope to get my car back soon.

Daniel was great. He checked me in quickly and went over everything with me. I loved the video the mechanic sent going over everything in my car. I received recommendations so I can plan to go back for repairs. Daniel let me know when my car was ready to be picked up. The whole process was organized and everyone was really friendly and courteous. Highly recommend service here.
