It was my first time at this place and the lady at the counter was awesome so nice and helpful all the way she was as good person that I ever met food was the Bomb the best wings in the bed Buffalo ranch fries OMG finger licking good everything Was cooked to perfection I cant wait to go back this place was in garland on Shepard Street a big warehouse with five other places to eat Im going right to Wingstop I am going back to Wingstop so delicious

Horrible customer service and the supposedly seasoned fries looked/tasted like they sat in a basket for half the day. Did I say horrible customer service? The only positive is that the place was clean.

I had made an order for pick up on door dash, and then n the app it didnt allow me to specify what sauce I needed(ranch) so I called to let them know a young man answered and asked to hold so I did, 17 mins on hold my dasher was there so I hung up and called back, I told them how on the app I could not order ranch as my dipping sauce, the man said I cant give u ranch u need to order on the wing stop site because we are having issues with doordash and that I should have called, I did call and I was on hold the entire time my dasher was on his way there. All I wanted was a side of ranch but then he he cant help me.. um what? Maybe you shouldnt be accepting orders from a system that you are having trouble with so customers arent upset, and have no way of knowing.

The worst Wingstop in the area. CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION. Every single time I order from here through delivery or as a pickup it takes forever to receive my order. They never answer calls to place orders. On top of that there is always something missing or wrong about the orders. Last time I ordered fries and got a brownie instead. This time I ordered a coke and got big red. I could list more examples. They never update the delivery or pickup times online which they CAN do. I know since Ive worked at other locations here and in California. It is not that hard to get orders correct.
