For some reason Google maps won't pick up any of the business in the Plaza We try contacting Google about it. they won't list in the mall. If you ever stop by again put in the front or back parking lot. We are insode the mall. If you need to order something please call us back. I can give you a discount for your inconvenience. SCAM!!! DO NOT deal with them! They list 226 Moore as their address on their invoices- it's residential. Then say their address is 266 Moore (doesn't exist). Thankfully NO MONEY was sent to them. They are responsive about trying to get money - which they didn't from me. BUYER BEWARE!!! Avoid them!!!
Hey Julia. We are so sorry for the weak print for the 2 navy blue shirts. And thank you for mentioning that the 13 black shirts came out perfect. With regards to how long it took for our supplier it is out of our hands. Even until now they are still out of stock. Our 4 other suppliers are also out of stock. Since the shirts that wanted were custom ordered, it is very hard for us to refund you and the best that we can do right now is to order the navy blue again. Will that work for you? I will email you also.

Honestly very disappointed. My contact Jay was very communicative and responsive during most of the process, so I want to say that up front. That said, the quality of the end product was not good. It took a long time for their t-shirt distributor to get the color and sizes I wanted. We had to change the color to blue for one size because the black was out of stock for a couple months. When the printed blue shirts came in, they looked terrible, nothing like the printed black. Absolutely no color saturation at all. When I raised after comparing the jobs, they said it was because the black shirts had been printed twice. So why not print the blue twice to get better color? They did not offer to reprint or refund; I had to ask. Would not recommend at this point. Update 1: didn't hear back about reprinting the shirts or giving a refund. Response to owner comment: I didn't say the 13 black shirts came out perfect, just that they had better color than the blue. One black shirt had a stray mark across it, but I just decided to let that issue go and not sell it. Jay said via email you'd give a refund for the bad print job on the blue shirts, but it hasn't show up. As mentioned to him, this was a custom order for the election and I couldn't even wear the shirt I ordered for myself; the election was a month ago. Update 2: Refund for 2 bad prints finally received 12/3.

Great Experience. I needed shirts printed for the youth lacrosse team I coach as a last minute end-of-season gift. I submitted my order for 40 t-shirts on a Monday and, for a nominal additional charge, it was ready on Friday afternoon. Pricing was the best I found, especially for DTG printing. The staff was easy to work with and responsive. I won't hesitate to order from them again.
Im in the process of getting 40 shirts made for a family reunion cruise that leaves NYC on Monday, 7/22/19. Shirts were printed using the wrong file (not my error) several weeks ago. I was promised a correction and that the owner would drive them from Philadelphia to NYC today, 7/19/19. Now Im being told Sunday or Monday? I guess theyll be delivered to the cruise ship via helicopter! The entire process has been unprofessional as the contact person (Jorielle) keeps changing/lying about whats happening and when the shirts will be ready/delivered. Hoping the owner views this post ASAP.
