After today, I have to review Bella Eye Care. That staff had a very dry attitude and made me feel like I had to ask "Is this still Bella??" Roxanne was very cold towards me, her energy was not like I'm used to when coming for services. I'm never going to schedule weekend appointments in the future.
Some sporty brands give us soft branded cases as their swag case for their sunglasses, to be more functional or portable. They dont create hard cases for their sun wear, its a branding thing, and totally out of our control. This happens to be the brand you purchased. If youd like a hard shell case, we have some with our Bella branding on it, I can give you one case, my compliments. Dr Nguyen

All their services are good. But I am taking away 2 stars because I got sun glasses for me and my wife and they gave them in cloth case instead of a proper case.
I had an AWESOME experience at Bella Eye Care! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and also very diligent about COVID precautions. Additionally, I really appreciated how transparent they were with pricing. Definitely recommend!

All of our doctors are multilingual and are able to communicate with the broad spectrum of patients we take care of. We are unable control the lab and insurance processing time, and the end of the year tends to have an even longer turn around time, and we would not have quoted you 7 days. Generally the brand of sunglasses you chose are pretty quick! When we choose a higher end brand name frames and lenses it comes with an out of pocket expense, as is true with any industry. One of the worst experience in my 10yrs living in bay area. First of all the doctor couldn't speak proper english (so it was hard to explain the needs). She kept on saying, "you ok, you ok". Then I went for opting for a sunglass with my prescription glasses. All the frame were worthless cheap plastic quality which were covered in insurance. The ones in lock & key in the corner were all $150-200 higher than the amount insurance will cover. Even then I was okay - paid everything, got it all done. I was told to pick it up in a 7 days, but after calling, they said it is taking time. The next day I got a call, that there is a billing error and $70 would be added. Already I paid like $420 (including $150 from insurance coverage). It all felt like cheating and because it was end of 2021 December and now going again means might not able to use the coverage option. I was referenced by someone in our community and hence we went, but please avoid this place.
