Been coming here over the yrs and the service has gotten terrible. Prices went up for oil changes and other services but the level of service has gone the opposite direction. Especially with the cashiers . Whatever issues they have we don't need the attitude and BS . We get hit with the overpriced bill then u give us the most unprofessional interaction possible. Plus what is the reason why we are on line waiting for a person to help us but they are too busy on thier cells or gossiping like schools kids instead of helping us ? Management do us a favor and take action or get ready for many to go elsewhere. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY! ESPECIALLY WITH YOUR CASHIERS.

My first experience was NOT good. The sales people, Dejesus and Stephanie/(the manager). She, for her own reasons, would NOT return my phone calls. They were not very knowledgeable or helpful. Maybe he had something else on his mind that day or, too much on his plate, I don't know. What I do know is, he did not have knowledgeable answers to my questions. The one good thing that came out of the experience meeting with them, was I knew I had to go home and find my answers somewhere else. I also did not have the full attention of the sales person. I felt rushed as well. Robert Shuler, is the man that will save them all, I HOPE!. He is the reason they will get another chance. Stay tuned!
My experience at Bayridge Honda was definitely 5 stars. Im a first time driver. Luis Cintron was my sales rep. Rob Schuler was the sales manager and Asad Basha was the finance manager. All 3 gentlemen were humorous, patient, kind and knowledgeable. They made my first car buying experience a memorable one. I dont regret coming here one bit! I loved the service! Luis made it his duty to get me a bow for my first car, lol! I recommend here 100%.
I supposed get 2008 honda odyssey for 23 000 and after all paperwork the comes up to 34 000. Some Italian guy in the back room promise better warranty for free lojack for free and hi start put some number on paper and say sign I almost kill that guy. I can't sleep week. That my first and last time getting car from them
