HAD republic services trash services HA HA SERVICES ? They missed more times than they picked up . But i paid them anyway for over a year when i did NOT USE THEM @ ALL . I decided to give them another try .Talked to MANY PEOPLE over a 2 -3 week period . I was PROMISED I WOULD NOT BE MISSED after many explanations and sorry we missed you . And PROMISES it would be corrected . It was not though . Everyone i talked to was helpful on the phone . But trash day trash was still left sitting there till i brought it back in a day or 2 or 3 later . AND NO IT WASN"T A HOLIDAY PICK UP THAT WAS MISSED . I said if it's missed again i will cancel. It was & i did . Got receipt that i OWE ZERO money . Talked to people that said account was closed . GOOD ! ! ! NOW today almost a month later i receive a bill , ! ! ! ! ! I MEAN COME ON ! ! ! ! ! Whats going on ? Who works there ? I have a computer message saying acct. was closed . A 3 weeks ago bill saying i owe nothing ! ! ! ! ! Today i owe ? COME ON ! ! ! ! ! I HOPE SOMEONE CAN GET THIS ALL STRAIGHTENED OUT . I CANT SEEM TO BE ABLE TO

Vinebrook Homes in Dayton is Terrible I did a walk through with their agent, and the place smelled good (she had gotten there early and sprayed a bunch of fragrance spray)...she claimed the carpets had just been cleaned also...I go 1 week later to sign the lease and get my keys...this time when I walked in I noticed the house smelled like a dirty animal and it smelled moldy....come to fine out there was mold under kitchen cabinets...I complained for almost 2 months before they finally half way fixed the issue they switched 3 of the cabinets out, but left one and used the same counter top:/ I've also mentioned that my kitchen heat vent fills with water every time it rains...I've put in 3 different work orders about this...one in September, one in February and another in March...still no response from Vinebrook and no date scheduled for them to come fix this issue....VINEBROOK IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER LIVED, AND THE MOST INCONSIDERATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH! THEY'RE GIVING HUBER HEIGHTS A BAD NAME
