Been using this place since it opened and today they lost me as a customer I used a computer to print out from a flash drive 6 black and white pieces of paper they tried to charge me $1.28 for the privilege of printing out from a flash drive. So he dropped the cost to 38 cents when I pointed out I used the computer to print out only! so many years I have been a customer here as well! Good Bye and it looks like staples or office depot are much more cost effective from now forward so much for supporting local businesses!

I placed an online order to get a poster printed here. I've gotten plenty of prints from larger companies like Officemax and Vistaprint but wanted to try and support a local business and after reading all the good reviews for here, decided to try it out. The turnaround was quick and cost was low, but I unfortunately I was very disappointed with the quality of the poster I received. It was very flimsy paper that pretty quickly and easily got marks from being bent, and was not at all the sturdy quality I had hoped for in a poster or that I have gotten from other printing companies in the past. I also wish the website actually had previewing tools or that I could have been sent a preview/proof beforehand, as there wasn't any and the final product had a much bigger bleed area than I expected. So unfortunately, I don't think I'll be getting prints here again.
