Elias, I appreciate your review, and am very sorry we were not able to get to you in a timely manner. However, we cannot promise to see you earlier than your scheduled appointment. We highly value each patient, especially if they have been our patient over the past few years, and we thank you for that. We also value your time and experience at our clinic. In light of this, we implemented the office policy for those patients waiting, they can start browsing the frame gallery before seeing the doctor. In this new normal, we still take extra disinfection and safety measures and don't take any shortcuts for patient care. I scheduled my appointment months out. I sat in the office for 45 minutes waiting to get called in. A complete waste of time. I ended up leaving after talking to the manager. I showed up 15 minutes early to respect their time, but they did not respect mine by making me wait so long. I will take my business else where.
Sorry to hear about your experience, but we try and keep any delays to a minimum. We did the best we can under these circumstances that are sometimes out of our control. We mentioned that in these instances the lab may have it ready anywhere between two to eight weeks. You picked them up Mar 22, so it was seven weeks since your exam. Still unfortunate, and unacceptable, but you were notified once we received them. Please accept our apologies and thanks for understanding.

DO NOT COME HERE! had an appointment set was not seen until an hour and a half wait. Ordered glasses my insurance said they didnt actually place the order till a month after. They kept saying glasses will be ready in 2 weeks its been over 2 months. Kept calling they wouldnt answer my calls or would lie and say they would call me back and never did. Finally got ahold of them and told me the lab broke my glasses so they had to do the order all over again and wait another 2 weeks! The insurance called the lab and they said they actually sent them a month earlier and the office told me that the lab had broken them. They are liars Complete waste of time would not recommend to anyone!! Never had such a horrible experience anywhere else
Hello Ayana, please accept my apologies for my staff leaving for lunch. They actually clocked out for lunch late at 115pm, as we close at 1pm. So you actually came during our closed lunch period probably sometime after 1:15PM. You are welcomed to get adjustment anytime when we open back up. I arrived at 12:50pm on a Thursday to get my glasses tighten and as I walked to the door. The receptionist rushed to put the closed sign on the door. I ask if I can just get them tighten real quick and she was so rude about it she told me to come back tomorrow. Not even to come back later. When they close at 6! I will never return here. And, I've been coming here for years but they just lost my service.
