I called to request a consultation. The assistant/secretary asked some questions and said someone would get back to me. I never got a call back, but eventually got an email stating that they would not be taking my case. The rest of the statements did not correlate with the information that I provided to the assistant/secretary. Although the email recommend that I find an attorney asap due to statues of limitations. I looked up the Florida statues and discovered that there is NO statute of regarding my topics in question. I never did get to speak with any paralegal or lawyer with Ward & Barnes .
