My dad is 87 years old and has lost a great deal of his hearing over the years. He been going to the Hearing Connection in Meridian for some time now. Each time he goes, the person takes a small instrument and clears out his ears, making his hearing, or what he has left of it, maximize what he can hear. Now that he lives in Boise, I took him here to the Boise location. To my surprise, they refused to clear out his ears. They want to wait until there is nothing left but a pin hole opening to his ear drum. Thats what he actually said. Now Im going to have to take him back to the Meridian office for the stellar care he was used to getting. The only reason Im giving Boise 3 stars is because they were so friendly. But friendly doesnt get the job done. The frustration I have is that I had Meridian call Boise to make sure they would clean out his ears. They said, yes, they would do that. Very disappointing. Maybe I should drop the review down to 1 star, come to think of it.

I was surprised that my right hearing aid was dead. And had to be sent in to be fixed or replaced. Also that I can still use the left one without the right one. Thanks again can't wait to get it back.

Every time I come here I am helped quickly and with very friendly service! I have had nothing but positive experiences here at this location and will continue to come here for my hearing aid needs.

I have been very happy with Hearing Connection with their friendly and concerned treatment from all staff. Since purchasing rechargeable hearing aids, left wire was replaced, and volume control door fell out on right one. I experienced occasion where charge didnt last. Currently, both hearing aids have been replaced. They work very well but I am questioning a little about quality and durability of this brand.
