The office was closed Friday so I called the office in Nampa they told me that they would be able to help me that afternoon at the fruitland office and they did exactly that things went very well thank you.

My appointment was to find out about the right side hearing aid that I felt was not functioning properly. 10 minutes with the tech and a $65 service charge and I was out of there! TRU HEARING - - I had ordered a new battery supply and what I thought were filters ( actually learned they are called "domes". Batteries arrived with a new tester included. No instruction on how to use the tester but I figured it out. So the other package that I received in the mail was 3 packages of some stick-like devices. Learned from the HC tech that those are actually "filters" and he showed me how to install them. HEARING CONNECTION - - All of my test records from 2018 that included my hearing aid purchase was never discussed. I also received a letter from TRU Hearing regarding updating my aids, but the HC tech never mentioned it. Not interested anyway. The two staff members: the one tech visited with me and answered my questions and offered no other "sales". The other tech was glued to his computer and never really spoke to me except to take my payment check. Hearing Connection also has a tool that is used to see into the ear canal for obstruction. Neither tech offered to scope my ear canals. So the visit was essential to me. I now know how to change my filters when they get clogged, and I can install new domes when needed.
