Purchased a few big work lights about 8-10 months ago. Both lights started having issues within 1 week of purchase. I have called and left messages, emailed, submitted requests through the website, still no response. Nothing. Milwaukee does not care about their customers. Every other tool brand Ive EVER had issues with gets back to you and repairs/replaces damaged or flawed products, except Milwaukee. They already charge more than everyone else, and clearly the tools dont work well, so if no customer service, and no tool quality, what exactly are we paying for? Guess its time to switch brands for all my crews..
New tool stopped working out of the box. Just drove over 2 hours to get here and place is closed during business hours. Called milwaukee and they say it's open, been here 30 minutes at least. Was casually told to keep trying later in the day as if my time is free.
