I understand you are upset but to write 2 negative reviews is ridiculous as Ademir Silva is the owner of Exotic Floors. So you purchased a 2015 Ford Transit with 114,000 miles back in August of 2020 and is upset because the rear differential needs repairs 6 to 7 months later after you put an additional 22000 miles. We spoke to the mechanic at Park City Ford where you had the van checked and they implied that the differential most likely needs repair due to negligence on your part of not repairing the rear brakes properly. As for being rude - How? Were we being rude when we offered to do the labor of repairs free just as long as you would pay for the parts needed? Is that what you constitute as being rude???
Ok a few inaccuracies here. The van was purchased in late December for much less than you said. Regardless, you brought the matter to our attention in June. So basically, the AC was working for at least the month of May and most of June. Our mechanic was on vacation when you brought the matter to our attention. You insisted the van to be fixed ASAP. We therefore referred you to a mechanic we use and trust. You declined

5 months ago I bought a van ford transit xlt 350 It was the month of February the weather is cold so I did not check if the air conditioning in the van worked, and now that it is summer and I want to turn on the air conditioning it does not work, call to the dealer and they only give a one-month warranty which is very short after having paid $ 28,000 for the vehicle, now they want me to take it to a mechanic of theirs who says that he will charge me cheap .. in conclusion, if there is not one Warranty of at least 6 months I do not recommend buying from this dealer. . . Hace 5 meses yo compre una furgoneta ford transit xlt 350 Fue el mes de febrero el clima es frio por lo cual no me fije si el aire acondicionado de la van funcionaba, y ahora que es verano y quiero encender el aire acondicionado no funciona, llame al dealer y solamente dan garantia de un mes lo cual es muy poco despues de haber pagado $28,000 por el vehiculo, ahora quieren que lo lleve a un mecanico de ellos que dice que me va a cobrar barato.. en conclusion, si no hay una garantia de al menos 6 meses no recomiendo que compren en este dealer
