If I could give them absolutely NO stars .. I would. I shopped w/ them on Etsy and was completely disappointed that the navy wasnt actually navy (they should probably list it as sky blue) any who, i reached out for a refund. On their store it says they do refunds but not on custom orders, I had no idea a table runner was a custom order.. so from there the OWNER was disgusting because I left a one star review! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Yeah, yes, this is exactly why we offer fabric color swatch cards. So that customers can view all the true colors and find their perfect color before we custom make the tablecloth. We are a linen manufacturer, have 49 fabrics, 100's of colors and 94 sizes (in addition to custom sizes) so yes, the chances of reselling a return are slim to none and the reason we do not accept returns. Instead, yes in good faith I offered to send you a fabric color swatch card at no cost and once you found your color, make you the tablecloth at cost.

I made a purchase for a navy blue table cloth a couple of months back. I made a mistake not to check it when it arrived because the color was not the navy blue I requested for. I recognized its months later, and my table cloth is NEW and unused, I emailed Premier Table Linens hoping they could meet me halfway to correct the mistake of my order. They claimed that they did nothing wrong and offered me a 35% discount in "good faith". Which I am not too sure to find insulting because clearly, the color I ordered was not right. Then the vendor claimed that they did nothing wrong and that their colors vary from monitor to monitor. So please beware that whenever you order something from them, the color will most likely be the same you have been quoted for. Will not be ordering anything from Premier Table Linens again.

I am very very pleased with the tablecloth I ordered from Premier Table Linens. We got a brand new, big table to accommodate our family which has grown to 16. It is hard to find beautiful tablecloths to fit a table this large. But Premier Table Linens had many choices. The cloth is polyester in feel and before I put it on the table I was a little skeptical. But it lays beautifully on the table and looks gorgeous! It is also stain and dirt resistance. The price was great, the company totally reliable.

I walked into the company for the first time and was greeted by Tony, who just happens to be the owner. He got up from his desk and before he asked if he could help me he asked if he could get me a cup of coffee as he walked me to Elena who he said would help me as he got my coffee. I was blown away. Elena was so patient with me as I changed my mind at least 1000 times. She was also very knowledgeable and guided me after I explained my event. I left the company with just what I needed. No pressure at all. I was happy the price was just right and the service was excellent. I can't wait for my next event.

If could place zero stars, I would. Ordered 2 table coverings, ordered 48 inch, received 44 inch. Sent a picture, no response from management. Placed a claim with BBB of Miami, Fl. No response as of yet. How does a company stay in business like this??? Do not recommend.
