I'm sorry to hear that, Jerami - as you know from your previous service calls, your shower has been out of warranty for quite some time, and both times we've been out to look at it in recent years our inspectors have determined that the issue is not with the tile but with the shower door, which we did not install. American floor source does not stand by their product. Our shower has leaked off and on for 6 years and now they refuse to send some out to fix their mistake. They did offer to send someone out and charge me for it, thanks but no thanks.

This company installed flooring through our builder West-Port homes now DR Horton . We closed on our home on October 4 2019, from our closing inspection we noticed issues with the vinyl flooring, rocks underneath , issues with the finish of the flooring big imprints over a large area of the kitchen, sub floor cut short in the master bath, its a mess. They sent out a field manager who determined it was a product issue, Teresa the customers claims support manager said she would file a claim, the first claim came back denied with no inspection sometime in early January 2020, said it was a homeowner issue in a home that we hadn't lived in yet? Finally they had a manufacture rep come out and inspect, he said it was not a install or a manufacture issue but that it was post install related with no explanation, It was denied again. This whole process has been very frustrating, not one time has a manager ever called and the only time any movement would happen with my claim was when i called in. I would never recommend this company or builder to anyone. Horrible service, follow up, and everyone is blaming the other one. I'm sure this is why they don't do any retail sales and only work for builders so they can hide behind the builder with their shoddy work. This house was built in the New Bethel subdivision . I am extremely impressed with how our flooring turned out. We have wood floors in the foyer and had carpet in in our living room and office. We took the carpet out and installed hardwood in these two rooms. The men who installed our floors did such a great job that you would have no idea that we had carpet in those rooms. These men were extremely professional and went above and beyond to care for our furniture when moving it in and out of the rooms. I would highly recommend American Floor Source for your flooring needs!
