I called them to make an offer on a car that I had been looking at for awhile. I called in to make an offer and set up an appointment to go down there and pull the trigger. I was told to fill out the credit app and he will talk to management about the price. After I filled out the credit app I got a call saying the car was gone, even though they had already run my credit. I was trying to avoid to many inquiries on my report and feel like I got scammed. I would not recommend buying a car from here.

A friend wanted, to trade car in. For another one that doesn't hurt his back. Has to wait for six months to establish credit... Wouldn't buy, another car from Honda Silko if you pd. me. There's also a salesman, I wouldn't recommend seeing either. He's rude!

I drive an hour to Silko to have my car serviced. There is a Honda dealership 15 minutes from my home. After 3 visits with my new car, service department there was so bad that I vowed to never have my car serviced there again. The service at Silko is the best. The customer is treated with respect and all work done or recommended is clearly explained. It is worth it for me to drive an hour to go to Silkos for car servicing.

My salesperson, Heath Tracey, was terrific. I was in an accident and my car was totaled. Heath sold me my last car, so I called him for my next purchase. He didn't disappoint. The purchase was a pleasant experience.
