An immigration lawyer that makes you believe that he will help you with all he can, bull crap. My brother was detained on a visiting visa when entered the US, he was questioned and assumed he is coming to work in the us. No crime whats so ever was committed, he was just denied entry. Vinesh Patel made us feel this is common and he will help in letting him enter, then he came back after couple of weeks and said he will help in volunteering removal, few weeks later he came back and said my brother is going to be deported. We paid $1500 for nothing. The case took more than 8 weeks and I only was able to speak to Vinesh himself 2 or 3 times (full of hopes for noting)...Find someone else who really cares.

I do not recommend this place to anyone because of all the lies hurt and broken promises made to my family and friends regarding immigration law. I am totally shocked at the negative outcome and totally floored by the lack of compassion by Vinesh Patel in servicing as expect in immigration litigstion. Failure....an the riping apart of families is the two things you can expect from this full of bologna firm. I cannot fully express the pain an suffering caused. Can you believe this place uses paid reviewers to post positive reviews to cover up the bad advice and taking of families money based on total greed. Don't use this place. Save your time money and loved ones in immigration matters and do not use Vinesh Patel..

Para mi el abogado y su equipo me explico bien y siempre me mantuvieron informada de mi caso de asilo, su amabilidad es excelente. El Licenciado Patel tomo mi caso de asilo en el 2016 y desde el principio me dijo que mi caso seria dificil. A como fue cambiando la ley el siempre me mantuvo informada. Tuve mi corte en Marzo del 2020 y el me preparo para poder contestar las preguntas del gobierno, ese mismo dia el Juez me dio asilo. Me quede sin palabras y queria gritar de la emocion. Recomiendo a mi abogado es una excelente persona, sabe explicar, siempre esta al pendiente del los casos. Para mi el es un excelente abogado y como prueba es que el gano mi caso. El y todas sus empleadas son muy amables, y siempre trabajando fuerte. Mi esperanza ahora es poder estar con mis hijos.
