Extremely rude!!! Horrible service!!!! DO NOT DO IT!!! I was treated so poorly by these people that it made me so upset I decided to write this. They tried to make me feel like an idiot because I do not understand how this industry charges for certain types of printing. They were never busy but everything took forever. After this experience, i found others in my community that have shared my experiences so Im glad I posted this. These people have a lot to learn and will never get any of our companies business again.
I don't know the fellow's name that I spoke with but I called to inquire about their service and he spoke to me in a patronizing manner. He wasn't very helpful. It may not have been his intent and I may not have been clear but I was turned off before even getting anything done. I will go elsewhere. Things to avoid in customer service is talking to potential customers as if they are clueless. Ask questions if you aren't clear on what they want. You don't know everything.
Great experience with Charleston Shirt Factory. Zach and Chris were wonderful to work with, professional, eager to help, provided their expertise in suggestions for shirt designs, they offered multiple quotes allowing us to make the best decision for our needs. Always quick to respond to requested changes. The order was completed on time with a smile and carried to my car for me.
