Do NOT get a light colored Limited Edition suitcase! Bought mine less than a week ago and asked if it would get scuff marks. The sales associate said I could get it out with a magic eraser or Windex if I got some but it would come out. After traveling on a plane this weekend the scuff marks wont come out and they just said Sorry there is nothing you can do and we cant return it because it is Limited Editon. Would not recommend this suitcase at all for this price!

I own ~ 4 suitcases, a backpack and a few accessories from Away luggage. About a week after purchasing the backpack, the zipper broke off. I emailed customer service about 4 times in a period of a month, with no response. I even asked them to tell me honestly if they can't fix it and so I can find an alternate solution. I asked them to just respond and give me an answer either way - no response to any of my 4 emails. I even emailed the co-founder, Steph Korey, on LinkedIn, with no response. I guess the toxic environment at Away (as per multiple articles that can be easily searched), extends throughout the company. Horrible customer experience. We and our family were planning on buying tens of suitcases from Away (1 for each of our family members all over the world), but now, we're dissuading others from purchasing Away as well. All this because of non-existent customer service. You guys at Away need to pull your stuff together if you want to still have a business in the long run. My recommendation to others looking at Away. Good products, until they break. If they do break, you're on your own. Hence, keep this in mind when contemplating a purchase on Away.
This matter has now been completely resolved and I am happy with the outcome, thanks to Aways welcoming, understanding and very sincere customer service team. Thank you for your time, patience and understanding Away Travel. I had a very distressing experience in Away Travel in Covent Garden in London. I did a bit of secret shopping on behalf of the company Away Travel, then when I took the goods back for a refund a young lady supervisor decided to give me a whole-life ban from the shop for that secret shopping. When I went back to the shop and looked in at the window the lady who had given me a life-time ban was laughing at me with her colleague and waving her golden medallion about. I got a photo of her doing that. They had also brought in a burly security guard. The next thing I I knew was that I had a phone call from the metropolitan police to say that if I ever went near the shop again or even tried to call the shop I could face legal action or possible arrest. I phoned Away customer service and they really didnt seem to be that interested. A month has passed and Im still crying over this incident. I wouldnt harm a fly and because of Away Travel I could be arrested or charged just for making a phone call to the shop where I had done a secret shop in on behalf of their company. Its a complete and utter disgrace. Ive been put through a lot of distress since this incident, I have had to tell my niece I cant attend her wedding, I have cancelled a holiday and I have lost a lot of sleep over it too. They still havent paid me for the secret shopping I did either.
