WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I booked a VIP day for my brother for his birthday. The day had to be cut short due to the weather. This is when things start to go wrong. I sent repeated emails asking when we could finish the day. The replies that came back said that they would get round to it. The last email said that they would be in touch so I decided it would be best not to hassle them and to wait and hear from them. After nearly a year of silence, I sent an email asking for some news or a refund if they couldnt finish what I had paid for. The reply I got was sarcastic, rude and offered no explanation for the lack of update. I really recommend trying to find somewhere else to learn to Kitesurf as these guys dont really care about the service they are offering

Having spent hours watching all the kitesurfers, flying, jumping and flipping from Hillhead, I finally decided it was time to book some lessons with Hampshire Kitesurfing Centre. The team are so professional, experienced and safety conscious, its made my introduction to the sport an amazing experience! I wish I had done it sooner! I cant recommend this company enough!!
