Actually, we have been printing UML Dance Team apparel since 2015. We supplied Alison C. and others with an order form each year which was approved. In February of 2020 one of the dance team members stopped by and asked for a copy of the order form, which we supplied. After a few weeks/month I reached out to the club via email and asked about the order. Veronica emailed me back on 4/13/2020 "due to Covid -19 canceling schools and nationals we will not need to order tank tops this year." Later, I sent this email: "My daughter told me she saw a picture of the tank tops on a Facebook page from Carbon Colors. In all honesty, I am not sure why? The picture was posted on March 9th. This is the response I received: Last year the girls did not like how the tank tops came out so we searched other locations. Ann from carbon colors is a friend of mine and the former captain of the team so we went with them because the price was cheaper and we thought it was a better option for the team. This was a very unprofessional way to handle this situation and we will now be ordering from Carbon Colors for future needs. I responded with "thank you for your honesty...take care." It might have been easier if you were honest in the first place, you wanted to go to your friend.

My club ordered tank tops from Dracut Threads in 2019. They did not use the Universitys official trademarked logo. For the 2020 season, we went to Carbon Colors and had a great experience. She used the correct logo and sent us proofs before printing. The price was cheaper at Carbon Colors and we were treated with respect. When Carbon Colors posted our tank tops online, Dracut Threads emailed my team and asked if we were going to reorder. We kindly responded no. Dracut Threads then asked why we went with carbon colors and told us her daughter saw a post on their Facebook from March 9th. Ann called us out for not using her company. Very unprofessional.

When it comes to local businesses, Dracut Threads is at the top of the list in supporting their local community as well as customer satisfaction. Ann, Rich and the rest of the Morin family and co-workers are always polite, courteous and eager to assist me when ordering for myself or my school teams; no matter if it's a large order or just a couple coach's shirts. At times I often call Ann in a panic that I need something printed in what I know is an unrealistic time-frame, however, she has never failed me! I highly recommend (and often have recommended) Dracut Threads for all your printing/embroidering needs!!
