I own a 2005 model that is in brackish water in Northern California. After 11 years it is very rusty, the center supports are gone and the port bed fell off the steel support because of rust. I have been calling the local rep for 8 months now. He never calls me back and every time I call him he, gives me another excuse as to why he doesn't/hasn't... I called the factory explained my frustration and was told to email/call an expert the next business day. I can only infer that the company only sells new units and does not support older ones.

Like most manufacturing companies, we are experiencing delays from our vendors on parts, and a workforce shortage both internally and externally and that is, unfortunately, increasing lead time for our Dealers, Distribution Centers, and you, the customer. Hydrohoists service is horrible! I ordered a new Hydroport Extreme mid- April this year (21). At the time I placed the order they said it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Four weeks later I called them back because I had not received any update. The call wasnt answered so I left a voicemail. Several days later they finally returned my call. The rep said it would be another 3 weeks because there was a shortage in blue dye required to produce the port due to Pandemic delays. Understandable in todays world, but still aggravating after being quoted 2-3 weeks. Several weeks later, still no update and multiple phone calls unanswered and voicemails not returned. On July 8th, they finally called and told me our port was in and available but it would take about a week before they could install it. I told the Rep that we just needed to know when to pick it up as we were installing it ourselves. Her response, Ill have to check and call you back. I called back the next day because I hadnt heard back. No one answered or returned my call. On Monday, 7/12 I finally got a call back and was asked if I had picked up the port. I said no because they never called back to confirm a date and time. At that time she had to check again and call me back. When she did call back, she informed me that it would be a while before we could pick it up because there were 33 other orders ahead of ours. How did they go from telling me it was here, to youre behind 33 others? Something isnt right! To date, three monthls later, we still have not received our port.

My new HydroHoist lift is just great! I have a home on a very rough portion of a lake and it is truly piece of mind knowing my lift will keep my boat clean and safe. Would most definitely recommend it!
If the response and quotes from HydroHoist are any indication of product and service, you can't beat them. The response on quotes and information and follow up was amazing. They Tanya, got back to me within minutes and the information and quotes were perfect. I have my boat at Willow Grove marina and everybody that has one raves about the quality and performance. I intend to get one soon and will follow up.
I own 2 HydroHoist Pro Jetski docks. The service from HydoHoist has been fantastic. I would definitely recommend them highly. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied.
