Hello! Thank you for taking the time to rate & review us. Yes, it can indeed get very busy in the weeks leading up to Back2School, and with current restrictions in place, wait times are subsequently a little longer everywhere. We always try to encourage customers to visit us before mid-August or to make online purchases to avoid these queues (especially this year!), however it is out of our control how/when people decide to shop with us. We were fortunate to have been able to open our new, second downstairs counter this year as an additional service to help with the queues, offering Express Sales, Click&Collect and Returns services from there. Paid 26 for a pair of school trousers with small logo (why so expensive anyway?) and the logo peeled off after a few weeks. Wasted my money as I could have bought a nicer pair from M&S for half the price. Extremely disappointed

Every year there a long queues towards the start of the academic year. Customers cannot really go else where to buy school specific uniform so they have a captured market. Go early or go late in the day. Even better advice would be to go at the start of the summer vacation.
