I would give 0/5 stars if it were possible. My wife ordered and paid for a pair of scrubs in September 2021. Three months go by and no scrubs. No emails, no phone calls. She went in person to find out what was going on, after she tried calling multiple times. The store manager looked, and said that they never processed the order. My wife asked for her money back, and they refused. No "refund" no matter what and told her to pick something else out. No apology, no discount or incentives to make up for THEIR mistake. Horrible way to treat a patient customer who otherwise would have returned for future business... Needless to say, we will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I had a wonderful experience at CNY Uniforms Plus. The staff was very kind and helpful. The owner was working and was also very kind. The prices are fair and they had an abundant selection. Buyer Beware!!!! Return Policy isnt friendly enough to shop there. Got set as gift. The sizes were wrong. Wasnt allowed any options. Didnt want money back. Understood the set was limited. Wasnt given an alternative. Not my kind of shopping. That no returns, no exchanges is bogus. Especially in this kind is store. Wont ever have to worry about me or anyone I know that will shop there.
